We want to get your order into your hands as soon as possible.
We aim to send your order out within three business days but it usually happens much quicker than that.

Standard shipping is set at a flat rate of $9.99. We also offer express postage for $12.99. If you're feeling like you can't wait we also have a GIVE IT TO ME NOW rate of $15. Your order will be sent by Express Post by the next business day. You can check if your suburb is in the Next Day Network here (The Pleasure Box is based in Canberra).
We are happy to ship outside Australia — please contact us for a quote for postage prior to your order.
Orders are trackable and sent with either Australia Post or Star Track Express in a satchel. You will receive an email update when your package has been dispatched which will include your tracking information.
The package will show the sender as being Wilmoralah (no DILDOS R US to be found). There is nothing on the packaging to suggest the reason you're taking the next week off is you've finally got your hands on the best sex toy around.
Please leave specific delivery instructions if you'd like your order to be left somewhere safe. We won't take responsibility for your German Shepherd using your new vibrator as a chew toy if you ask for it to be left around the back. Same applies to theft.
If your fingers were trembling with excitement when you placed your order and you have given us the wrong delivery address and it is returned to us we will have to charge you $11.26 plus extra postage to have your order sent again. Australia Post charges us $11.26 for the return of orders.
We understand that sometimes an order placed needs to be cancelled before it's sent out. Unfortunately we need to charge a 10% cancellation fee to cover our costs. You may not be aware that we get charged various fees even if the order is cancelled so we need to charge this fee so we're not out of pocket for your change of mind.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your product comes to a screaming halt before you do we want to know about it. Warranty periods differ between products (up to five years on some). Over the years we’ve found many problems are related to batteries. If you’re sure it’s not your batteries letting you down call us on 1300 674 276 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorisation number and we will make sure you’re buzzing again ASAP.
We are happy to refund or exchange change of mind purchases but only if the product is still unopened and the box hasn’t been tampered with in any way. Unfortunately we cannot take back products for change of mind that have unsealed packaging. Return shipping will be at the sender's cost and shipping costs are non-refundable. We charge a 10% restocking fee (including postage) to cover our costs. If your order was sent with free shipping your refund will be deducted for that cost too ($9.99).
