FAQs

How much will it cost to deliver my order?
Standard shipping is set at a flat rate of $9.99. We also offer express postage for $12.99. If you're feeling like you can't wait we also have a GIVE IT TO ME NOW rate of $15.  Your order will be sent by Express Post by the next business day. 

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?
We aim to send all orders out within three business days, but it usually happens quicker than that.

If you need your toys urgently please call us on 1300 674 276 before you place an order so we give you an ETA.

Is it safe to use my credit card here?
Yes! We utilise industry standard encryption to ensure your personal and credit card details remain confidential. After processing an order, no credit card details are retained. At no time do we transmit insecure personal information over the Internet.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Afterpay and direct deposits.

Do you offer a Buy Now, Pay Later service?

What will my credit card statement show?
Pleasure Box endeavors to be as discrete as possible in every factor of your ordering process. We advise our merchant to use our Company name of "Wilmoralah" for your discretion.

How and when will you deliver my order?
We pride ourselves on our quick despatch of orders within three business days (usually much quicker).  If there's any reason we can't do this we will contact you and offer a refund.  It's never happened before, but there's always a first time.  Your order will arrive in plain packaging, with no mention of The Pleasure Box.

For your discretion the sender’s details will be marked as coming from "‘Wilmoralah".

Where do you deliver to?
We are an Australian-based business and utilise Australia Post. However, we are happy to deliver overseas but please contact us before purchase for a shipping quote.

What if I'm not home?
If there is no-one home Australia Post will leave you a card, you can then collect your parcel at the nearest Post office.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes we do.

What about my privacy?
Being in the adult retail industry for over 17 years we know how important privacy is. You can find out more about what we will and will not do with your personal information on the privacy page.

Are batteries included?
Some products include batteries, this can be found in the products description.

So what if my Lingerie doesn't fit?
Please note that for health reasons, we are unable to offer a refund on lingerie items including body stockings, hosiery, thongs, g-strings and briefs. We are also unable to offer an online credit or refund on intimate apparel and/or costumes simply because you "changed your mind".

We MAY issue an online credit or refund on intimate apparel and/or costumes if your outfit does not fit, provided it has not been worn, damaged, soiled or laundered in any way and is returned to us in its original packaging with and labels attached. Accordingly please ensure you wear under garments when trying these items on at home and take care when unpacking and repacking your outfit. We reserve the right to refuse an credit if in our opinion the outfit has been worn, soiled or laundered in any way.

Please refer to the size guide in the product description and select your size carefully. Our intimate apparel and costumes are typically tight fitting, so if you are in doubt between two sizes, we suggest purchasing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

We cannot offer an credit on any sale, clearance or discounted item, unless the item is found to be faulty.

YOU are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending an item back to us for a credit. Please send by registered post and retain your proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for goods lost or misplaced in transit.

You must notify us within five 5 working days from the date of receiving your order to be eligible for an credit. All returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorisation number to be considered for credit.
