Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.  If your product comes to a screaming halt before you do we want to know about it.  Warranty periods differ between products (up to five years on some).  Over the years we’ve found most problems are related to batteries.  If you’re sure it’s not your batteries letting you down call us on 1300 674 276 or email sales@pleasurebox.com.au for a return authorisation number and we will make sure you’re buzzing again ASAP.

We are happy to refund or exchange change of mind purchases but only if the product is still unopened and the box hasn’t been tampered with in any way.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and return postage is at your cost.  We will need to charge you a 10% cancellation fee (including postage) to cover our costs.  You may not be aware than some payment services charge merchants for transactions whether the sale is completed or not.
